Owner-managed expertise for stable operating models and discrete acquisitions in Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
I have been a registered nurse for 35 years, an entrepreneur, and founder of Pflegenotfallteam. What began in 2003 as flexible staff support for clinics and nursing facilities has developed into a holistic care network. In 2008, the first owned outpatient care service followed, focusing on outpatient intensive care and ambulatory care structures.
With PNT Pflegedienste, we offer a wide range of outpatient care services, from care consulting and assisted living to specialized wound management. Find an overview of our locations at www.pnt-pflegedienste.de.
Since October 2025, we have expanded our portfolio to include inpatient residential care, starting with our nursing home in Lohne. Three additional facilities are currently in planning: www.pnt-senioreneinrichtungen.de
To optimize care processes for partners and patients, Jebusch bundles three core areas since 2025:
